The R&D team of HEC Pharm consists of more than 100 scientists organized into three groups. One group collaborates with some of the most prestigious research institutes in search of new active molecules and substance. A second group, based in our own research center develops synthetic methods and improves fermentation strains. The last group is factory based and dedicated to pilot testing, scale up, and process optimization.
